Who are we?

Maes Farmer’s Market was founded by Cam Floyd and Tonya Freeman.

Tonya Freeman is a Mason Creek Elementary School teacher and Planet Agriculture Representative, member of the STEM Advisory Board, Member of the Georgia Farm Bureau, owner of The Free Clay Farm and a strong woman, mother, wife and leader in our community!

Cam Floyd is our other MAES Board Director, the Culinary Director & Partner for Hsu Hospitality Restaurants in Atlanta, Ga, Chairman of the Young Farmer & Rancher Committee for Douglas County and Member of the Georgia Farm Bureau Board, a poultry breeder, a husband, father and positive leader in our community!

How does it work?

When you become a vendor, you pay a small vendor fee and all vendor fees are donated directly to the school’s farm and agriculture program. The market also host a raffle consisting of hatching eggs, chicks, pigs, cutting boards, beauty supplies, meal tickets to local restaurants, local jam gift baskets, and so much more! Raffle tickets are only $3 each so be sure to come out and test your luck and win some prizes!

Cam and Tonya wanted to create something special. A place where the community can come together, sell their products and livestock, but also support the school and focus on agriculture in our children’s education and the community. And they’ve done just that! Be sure to stop by our next MAES Farmer’s Market and meet them!

What can you find at MAES Farmer’s Market?

At MAESFRMMKT, we have over 80 vendors providing breeds of poultry, goats, rabbits, and pigs, hand carved wooden bowls, hand crafted pillows, upcycled items for sale, handcrafted jams and jewelry, custom made t-shirts on site, health and wellness supplies, beauty supplies, hand sewn clothing, and so much more! We even had an exotic zoo at the last market and you never know what to expect at the next! We hope to see you there!
